The Candidate:
Description: You are an experienced administrative assistant with a certificate or degree in business administration or another relevant field. You possess strong bookkeeping skills and are comfortable with technology. You pay strong attention to detail, follow systems, processes and strive to deliver strong customer service.
We are looking for a self-starter and key task-oriented individual to work in Vancouver closely with the VP Operations and CEO.

Primary Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive, collaborative, and team-based culture by working with other team members to assist in achieving our goals.
You will:
- Be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, reporting, organizing travel, events, and accommodation, taking minutes, and all other organizational tasks as delegated.
- Work independently, in person in the offices as requested respecting current COVID -19 requirements.
- Own the chat and phone answering services on our website with the ability to problem solve quickly and assist in moving customers forward in our sales and support process.
- Assist preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Provide order entry and fulfillment.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Research, assemble, prepare, and build reporting for review
- Prepare for meetings and presentations.
- Accurately record minutes from meetings into our CRM.
- Use various software, including QuickBooks online, Office 365, word processing, spreadsheets, crm and email databases, some WordPress and creative and presentation software would give you an edge.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, depositing checks, writing emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative and other support.
Qualifications Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of office admin and bookkeeping experience.
- Online literacy experience
- Business Administration degree or certificate (Not required) but would give you an edge
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional command of the English language both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the process of investigating, prospecting, creating, and fulfilling the Presidents vision of businesses growth needs
- Excellent online meeting skills using Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Strong command of MS Office skills and SharePoint
- Strong command of CRM use and account record updating
- Technological proficiency and strong working knowledge of the internet, mobile technologies, computer applications and business systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to use mobile phones, laptops
- Some travel may be required
