1. To provide curriculum directors and instructors with turnkey digital marketing textbooks, curriculum, and teacher training cloud to help higher-ed and high schools teach digital marketing.
2. Help students get good paying careers in the field of digital marketing by using the processes and tools that professionals are using in the field today.

The Candidate:
Description: You are an experienced business administration professional with a certificate or degree in business management. You understand holding company structures, possess very strong accounting skills and pay hi attention to detail, systems, and process.
You are currently or have worked recently for executives in an EA position handling everything from the books, directors scheduling, assisting project management, and CRM data entry quality and management.
We are looking for a self-starter and key task-oriented individual to work closely with the principle and director of our holdings, and act as liaison between our group of company's leadership teams.
We are innovators in the digital marketing and publishing space, have a proven track record, and are putting our eye on expanding our US market share through global growth strategy across our holdings.
As an executive assistant you are customer facing at times and will be assisting, supporting, and working closely with the principle, as well as independently on the following files: Accounting, HR, Production, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Legal. You will interact with, other Presidents, operations, production, creative, deans, faculty, curriculum directors, instructors, accountants, and lawyers representing our various business entities.

Primary Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive, collaborative, and team-based culture by working with other team members to assist in achieving our goals.
You will:
- You will manage both business-and personal related tasks for the principle as assigned such as data entry, accounting, reporting, organizing travel, events, and accommodation, taking minutes, and all other organizational tasks as delegated.
- Work independently, remotely as well as in person in the offices of the principle respecting current COVID -19 requirements.
- Conduct and oversee daily accounting for holdco and pubco, including AP/AR, GST, PST, reconciliation, and work with our accounting firm on year end and journal entries.
- Own the ability to problem solve quickly and assist in moving projects forward.
- Assist preparing financial statements, reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Managing email and communications for the principle.
- Assist as back up in order fulfillment.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Research, assemble, prepare, and build reporting for review and presentation by the executives on all businesses departments.
- Prepare for meetings and remind the president of his schedule.
- Accurately record minutes from meetings.
- Use various software, including QuickBooks online, Office 365, word processing, spreadsheets, crm and email databases, some creative and presentation software.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies.
- Opening, sorting, depositing, and distributing incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative and other support to the principle.
Qualifications Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of office and accounting experience.
- Business management degree
- Online literacy experience
- Marketing degree or certificate (Not required) but would give you an edge
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Enthusiasm for the process of investigating, prospecting, creating, and fulfilling the Presidents businesses growth needs
- Excellent online meeting skills using Zoom
- Strong command of MS Office skills and SharePoint
- Strong command of CRM use and account record updating
- Technological proficiency and strong working knowledge of the internet, mobile technologies, computer applications and business systems
- Exceptional command of the English language both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to use mobile phones, laptops
- Some travel may be required
